The Cage Skirt Pattern is in our Store. We used our Simplicity Pattern 8363 for the corset, then adjusted it to cut a high curve up the hips to give a dramatic point at the center front. Our 8363 pattern can also be found in our Store. I draped and gathered strips of tulle over the front of the corset and sprinkled blossoms throughout the corset and cage.

Once again I asked my muse Elizabeth (whom has modeled many of my past creations) to both model and photograph the gown. Long time faerie friend Vanessa helped with our impromptu photoshoot. We wound up shooting in the front yard of my home because every year around this time the flowers bloom like crazy! I’ve always dreamt of shooting something there and this was the perfect opportunity!
